NASA is sending four astronauts to the Moon. And one of them is Canadian! 

The mission? Artemis II. The Canadian astronaut? Jeremy Hansen. 

This former fighter pilot joined the Canadian Space Agency in 2009. He was selected for the mission in 2023 and has spent the past three years training for it. 

Getting there

The Artemis program uses a new spacecraft-rocket combo. Mr. Hansen and his crewmates are taking it out for a spin to make sure everything works well.
