Have you been active today? Did you walk or ride a bike to school? Did you play sports, go to gym class, or do some yoga? Did you have a dance party with your friends?

Young people need an hour of moderate to vigorous physical activity a day to stay healthy. They also need several hours of light activity. And according to Statistics Canada, they aren’t getting it.
